Digital Products
Because of the nature of digital products, all sales of digital products (including downloadable PDFs, printable planners, insert packs, and samples) are final. Once a digital file has been delivered or made available for download, we are unable to offer refunds.
Exceptions
We will make exceptions and issue a refund or replacement in the following cases:
Duplicate purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same digital product twice, contact us within 14 days for a refund of the duplicate order.
Corrupted or undeliverable file: If your file is corrupted or cannot be downloaded, contact us within 14 days. We will troubleshoot and provide a working file, or issue a refund if we cannot resolve the issue.
Wrong product delivered: If you receive a different product than what you ordered, contact us within 14 days for the correct file or a refund.
Physical Products (if applicable)
If we sell any physical products, refunds may be available within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original condition. Buyer pays return shipping. Contact us before returning.

Chargebacks
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may result in loss of access to all digital products purchased from us, and may affect your ability to make future purchases.
