In The Valley Planner provides faith-based planners, journals, and related products designed to support people navigating chronic illness, spiritual reflection, and daily planning.

3. Eligibility

By accessing or using the Site or purchasing any products, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you are purchasing on behalf of a minor, you represent and warrant that you are the minor’s parent or legal guardian and that you consent to the minor’s use of the Site and Products subject to these Terms. When you purchase a digital product (such as a printable PDF planner, insert pack, or sample), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license to:

Download the file for your own personal use

Print copies of the file for your own personal use

Use the printed pages in your own planning, journaling, or health-tracking practice

You may NOT:

Resell, redistribute, share, gift, or transfer the digital file to anyone else

Post the file on the internet, social media, file-sharing services, or any public or shared platform

Use the content in commercial products, classes, programs, or services

Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the content

Remove copyright notices or branding

Violation of this license may result in termination of your access and legal action.

6. Purchases

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or violations of these Terms.

7. Digital Product Delivery

Digital products are delivered by email or download link after purchase. You are responsible for:

Providing an accurate email address

Downloading the file within any specified time period

Ensuring your device has the software needed to open and use the file (typically a PDF reader)

Maintaining a backup copy of your downloaded file

We are not responsible for issues caused by your device, internet connection, or software.

Once the file is delivered, the sale is final except as described in the Refund Policy (Grace Guarantee).
